DELIVERY INFORMATION

The courier your order is shipped with will be selected by our warehouse based on the best option available, which are; UPS Standard, USPS, FEDEX or DHL.

STANDARD DELIVERY - $5 USD

  • Estimated delivery 4-7 WORKING DAYS. *Once your order has shipped. Order by 2pm ET for same day processing

  • Free Standard Delivery available for orders ABOVE $50


EXPRESS DELIVERY - $15 USD

  • Estimated delivery 3 WORKING DAYS. *Once your order has shipped. Order by 2 pm ET for same day processing

  • Free Express Delivery available for orders above $150 USD

 

NOTE: If your order has multiple items, your order may come in separate shipments, and items will be charged once shipped. 

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY GetCostumed ORDER?

You'll receive an email once your order has shipped titled "Your Order is on the way", containing your tracking link. Alternatively, you can log into your GetCostumed Account and track your order.

ALREADY HAVE A GetCostumed ACCOUNT?

  1. Log into your Account

  2. Check the fulfilment status for your order.

  3. If the order has been fulfilled, select the order

  4. Click on the tracking link to be directed to your tracking

Alternatively, you can use the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

 

ORDER TRACKING TIPS & CONSIDERATIONS
*Shipping times may vary during high volume order periods
 
If your order has not shipped after three business days, you will receive an email notifying you.  Some reasons for the delay could include the following:
 
•       We are experiencing higher order volume during this time
•       Item(s) in your order may be on backorder in the next 72 hours
•       Item(s) in your order may be out of stock due to high demand
•       Shipping address outside of the continental United States
•       A payment issue may have occurred while placing the order

 

RETURNS POLICY

HOW LONG IS YOUR RETURNS PERIOD?

Any unwanted product must be returned within 30 days from when your GetCostumed order is delivered (if the order was placed online).

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?

We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 30 days. Please see the below for any exceptions to this rule: 

  • If an item is marked as 'Final Sale', this item is non-returnable.

  • Women’s swimwear and underwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact and has not been removed.

  • Men’s swimwear or underwear can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.

  • All Bottles are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Personalised items can't be returned.

To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

This can depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get the items back to us before being processed for a return at our warehouse.

GOOD TO KNOWS...
  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

  • For purchases where a gift card is used to cover the full or part of the order total, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

  • Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.
